We had a very short window to find and purchase a new home. We found Danny to help with this endeavor and consider ourselves lucky that we did! He made himself available whenever we needed him (even on his birthday weekend). We saw 3-4 properties a day- sometimes in different cities-multiple days in a row. We valued his honest opinion of the properties we saw because he pointed out positive and negative aspects of them that we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. He always responded so quickly with answers to specific property and disclosure questions. When we found a property, he wasn’t afraid to fight for us in terms of fair pricing. In short he is friendly, professional and efficient!

Danny stays informed and up to date on what is happening in the current market. He really knows the ins and outs of of real estate, is professional, patient and non-pushy which is huge in this business. If Danny is not immediately available, he returns calls promptly and if doesn't know an answer, finds out quickly. He also goes the extra mile for any extras such as tracking down good referrals for sub work from painters to electricians to carpenters to stagers, etc. He also has a knack for handling sensitive situations and/or difficult sellers or buyers, always looking outside the box/ finding a good compromise /resolution for all parties involved. Plus he is just a very comfortable person to work with and is easy going. Thru the years I continue to recommend Danny to friends, family or acquaintances who need a real estate agent. He is truly one of the best.
