About
Danny Paulson is well into his second decade as a REALTOR, but he’s been involved in real estate even longer than that — he is a second-generation real estate professional. Danny was just 8 years old when his father entered the business, giving him a lifetime of experience in the Sonoma County, California, market, where he has lived for more than 35 years.
Danny graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in physics and worked for four years as a high school teacher. But real estate beckoned. He bought his first property when he was 23, turned a nice profit after only a couple of years, and was off and running. He finds his teaching experience useful in communicating with and informing his clients, guiding them through the real estate process, as well as training and mentoring new agents.
Although Danny still works with many first-time buyers, more of his clients are looking to move up — and he has the experience and savvy to make that happen. Building rapport and forging relationships are vital to his business. But what is most satisfying to Danny is helping his clients reach their real estate goals. He says there is nothing better than handing the keys to a new homeowner.
In his spare time, Danny enjoys traveling, games, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and their twin children.
